Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return but excluding any products that are ordered, such as All Red Sea Aquariums, MOD Shop labor, and any other services that would render upon installation.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, all Livestock, all Red Sea aquarium, any Custom collection piece, or any other items made or held for the customer. 100% NO LIVESTOCK RETURNS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Livestock sold at discounts above 25% or greater the difference of the normal price and the sale price will be removed from the final credit amount rather than not being covered in our prior policy. . We do not offer any cashback for losses. The credit would be issued if your purchase falls into our criteria explained below however credit can only be used for LIVE items and has NO cash value and can not be transferred. Further, we express no liability for any losses of your own livestock after the introduction of our livestock. We suggest a good QT protocol.

Lay the item on a white paper towel and take your video. Make sure the video is only 3-5 seconds long and includes the item you would like credit on. PLEASE DO NOT BRING DEAD ITEMS TO THE STORE. A water sample may be requested prior to issuing credit. Water chemistry levels must be within range for proper fishkeeping. If ACC feels neglected on the consumer’s part we have the right to decline the request.
All aquariums less than 30 days old (not fully cycled and solid) are excluded from all guarantees.
We do not offer returns on ANY LIVESTOCK for any reason.

Livestock ID - ACC always does its very best to properly label and ID all items sold. In the event that ACC sells a Live Item under an assumed name and it is later ID differently within 1 week we will offer credit and a return will be allowed. If the said ID was a Gender related ID we do not guarantee those and returns will not be accepted.
HOW TRADE CREDIT WORKS
Trade or taking in livestock is done as a courtesy to our Members. We ask that you do not bring us knowingly sick fish, aggressive fish, or problem fish without our prior knowledge and approval. If we find your items to be sick after we receive them we will reach you to come to pick them up or we will handle them without issuing credits. If we have a second incident we will ask you not to bring us livestock in the future.
BREEDING / SELLING VOLUME
If you should have items that you would like to sell us that you are breeding, growing, etc we are interested. Email our back office to discuss. firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are concerned about the amount of credit you might receive you would also have to make arrangements by filling out forms and sending pictures and we will get back to you. If you are bringing quantities above 5 please contact us at email@example.com to discuss so we can prepare.

Someone will take your items from you and secure them.
Your account will be updated with your credit amount and the next time you come in you will be able to spend. Credits can take between 24-48 hours to hit your account depending on the criteria. Please do not expect to use your credit on the day of bringing your fish to our facility.. You can not use the credit on the day you arrive with your livestock no matter how far you have driven so please do not ask us .
Custom Orders-- All sales final. No returns. No credits.
Damaged or broken items -will be handled by the Manufacturer wherever possible.
Livestock Credits- Livestock credits are valid for 6 months from the date of transaction issuing a credit livestock credits are based on list prices Livestock credits can be used in the max daily amount of $50. Livestock credits have no cash value and can not be transferred. Purchases made on livestock credits are not covered under any warranty. Credits issued are for store use only unless otherwise marked on credit.
RETURN POLICY HARDGOODS 1-7 days from the date of Purchase
Dry goods and Hardgoods purchased from store inventory have 7-day cash or credit back return policy providing the following -The product must be unopened, unused and in its original condition, it was purchased in for return. From day 8-15 can be returned for a store credit providing the above criteria holds true.
ALL HARDSCAPES - Not returnable excluding gravel and plants still in packaging.
DAMAGED MISSING PARTS- Within 7 days of purchase we will replace the item If found unused and brand new in the box, some exceptions may apply.
After 7 days or if used the Manufacturer's warranty will be used and followed by Member.If the member has an issue with the manufacturer responding to the claim ACC-FRESH will jump in and get things done. Please call us as soon as you feel you are not being responded to so we can begin the process.
Custom order products- Any item purchased outside of our inventory in the store at your request will not be accepted for return. ACC reserves the right to accept a return on a case-by-case situation. Red Sea aquariums and other special items lead times to range from 1-6 weeks. Quoted lead times may be given on a case-by-case basis.
Bulk Pricing- In our freshwater store only we offer livestock Bulk Prices. Must buy the same item to get a discount, no exception. No Returns on ANY bulk item purchase. Purchases can not be made for more than one Member on the same account. Bulk Prices are considered a promotion and can be removed from the livestock at any time without warning. If a bulk discount was accidentally not given to a member and we are made aware within 14 days of the sale we will apply a CREDIT to your account for FUTURE purchases. NO store credit of any kind can be used to buy Bulk to get Discounts.
